Description
Almost a year ago at BOINC:FAST conference (Petrazavodsk, Karelia) the Russian desktop grid community agreed to organize Russian Chapter of International Desktop Grid Federation (desktopgrid.ru). The advisory board was elected and the activity plan was approved. In this talk we present a report of the activity of our chapter, list concrete results obtained with its help and outline our future plans. In particular the talk will cover tools created as a result of joint efforts of Russian desktop grid community and cooperation among scientific and volunteer communities.
