Joint US-CERN-Japan-Russia Accelerator School on Ion Colliders, 2019
This course will mainly be of interest to staff and students in accelerator laboratories, university departments and companies manufacturing accelerator equipment who wish to learn more about accelerator science and technology. The program coversthe full spectrum of subjects related to the colliders. Beam dynamics, ion sources, RF-systems, vacuum technologies and simulation tools — this is only a partial list of lectures. Participants will have the opportunity to work on realistic case studies as an integral part of the program.
