The conference fee for children under 12 (2 - 12 years) that covers Welcome Party, Conference Dinner and social activities, is 50% of the registration fee for accompanying persons. Also, transfer for the children is 50% of this payment for adults.

The Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, (JINR, Dubna, Russia) and the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN, Geneva, Switzerland) organize the XXV International Symposium on Nuclear Electronics and Computing (NEC'2015). This year Symposium is dedicated to the 60'th anniversary of JINR. It will be held in Budva, Becici, Montenegro on 28 September – 02 October, 2015.
The meeting will be held in a small town of Becici, in the Splendid Conference & SPA Resort Hotel, the largest conference venue in Montenegro.

- Detector & Nuclear Electronics;
- Triggering, Data Acquisition, Control Systems;
- Distributed Computing. GRID & Cloud computing;
- Computing for Large Scale Accelerator Facilities (LHC, FAIR, NICA, etc.);
- Computations with Hybrid Systems (CPU, GPU, coprocessors);
- Workload Management Systems in Applied Research and BigData;
- Non-relational databases and heterogeneous repositories;
- Innovative IT Education with use of IT-technologies.
One-half day mini-Workshop "From Local File Catalog to Name space publisher + meta-catalog" co-located with the conference.
A participation of leading specialists in nuclear electronics and computing from Europe and the United States of America with invited review and topical lectures is planned. The symposium aims to stimulate the further development of investigations in the fields of nuclear electronics and computing for the purposes of physical research and the more close cooperation between JINR and CERN. An important task of the symposium is to encourage participation in the symposium of a number of young specialists from Central and East European and Balkan countries including Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Czech and Slovak Republics, Serbia, Croatia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan. Concurrently with the symposium it is also expected to organize an international school on information technologies for students and postgraduates (detailed information will be announced later).

Organizers of the symposium propose accommodation for participants in hotels “Splendid Montenegro Conference & Spa Resort”***** and “Montenegro Beach Hotel”****. Rooms can be booked at special rates for the conference, given by “Montenegro Stars Hotels Group” (available during registration at website of the symposium). Number of proposals for rooms in the hotel “Splendid” is limited.

Prices are for one night. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included (Full Board (FB)). Food for choice, served as buffet table in both hotels for all participants of the symposium.

For getting to the conference it is possible use 2 airports, in Tivat (25km from Budva, Becici) and Podgorica (75km from Budva, Becici).

The book of abstracts is planned to be published by the beginning of the Symposium. The Proceedings of the Symposium will be published after the meeting by the JINR Publishing Department. All contributions will be reviewed, however only a limited number of them will be selected for the Proceedings. For any relevant information please contact by e-mail: nec2015@cv.jinr.ru. The materials must be submitted in English using MS Word, format 12pt, 210x297 mm. Size restrictions: for 30 min. talks - 10 pages, for 20 min contributions - 8 pages.
