Аннотация:
Открытие очарованного кварка - знаменитая Ноябрьская революция 1974 года - стало началом масштабных исследований состояний чармония и очарованных частиц.  За прошедшие полвека очарованный кварк из объекта исследования стал в значительной степени инструментом проверки предсказаний КХД. В настоящее время изучение физики чарма и чармония ведется в эксперименте BESIII, занимает заметное место в программе экспериментов BELLEII и LHCb и ряда других. Обсуждаются проекты новых ускорительных комплексов с высокой светимостью - Супер чарм тау фабрик. Однако, остались ли еще задачи в области тау-лептонов и чарма, которые оправдывают строительство новых ускорителей и экспериментальных установок? В докладе приводится обзор существующего состояния исследований и делается попытка ответить на этот вопрос.

Abstract 
The discovery of the fourth quark — the famous November Revolution of 1974 — marked the beginning of large-scale research into charmonia states and charmed particles. Over the past half-century, the charm quark has gone from being an object of research to becoming an important tool for testing QCD predictions. Currently, the study of charm and charmonium physics is being conducted in the BESIII experiment and takes a prominent place in the experimental programs of BELLEII, LHCb, and others. Plans for new high-luminosity colliders, known as Super Charm Tau Factories, are being discussed. However, are there still tasks in the domain of tau and charm physics that justify the construction of new accelerators and experimental facilities? This report provides an overview of the current state of research and attempts to answer this question.
