Minutes of the MPD meeting on "Vorticity and Polarization in Heavy-Ion Collisions".

Meeting’s agenda:

• Current status of the models (PHSD, 3F hydro, QGSM).

• Discussion.

Main points and plans:

• regular meeting on Tuesdays at 11:00
• collect statistics of models in their current version for NICA energies (MPD & BM@N)
• comparison of results from different models
• check multiplicity (to evaluate experimental determination of polarization)
• increase the number of models
• comparison of methods for determining polarization (thermodynamic approach vs axial vortical effect)
• polarization of other hyperons (besides (anti-) lambda), secondary decays
