Students are expected to stay for the entire duration of the school from 28 October to 7 November 2019. Accompanying persons are not allowed to attend the school. Student registration fee is 75,000 RUB This fee includes shared room charge and full board throughout the course starting with the evening meal on Monday, 28 October and finishing with breakfast on Thursday, 7 November. Transportation from Sheremetyevo International Airport to School venue, and excursion tour are included. The link for the online payment will be available after approval of the participants. We will be inform about it by e-mail. Please schedule your travel to arrive at Sheremetyevo International Airport on October 28 and depart from JINR on November 7. We have a limited number of single rooms available. Disability requirements will be taken into consideration. School participants will be accommodated in double rooms at the Resident Hotel, Dubna. If you already know with whom you would like to share a room please inform the Local Organizing Committee about it. Participants from Russia may be supported by the decision of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC). To get a LOC grant you have to send your application filling the form and uploading it at the School website. You have to be registered as a participant of the JAS’2019 when sending your application form to LOC.
