Transportation:
  • Transportation will be organized by JINR from and to airport.
  • Please indicate if you need transport Airport-Dubna and/or Dubna-Airport.
Organisation fee:
  • There will be a fee to cover the lunch and coffee breaks.
  • The meeting is split in two parts: Electronics (Saturday, Sunday) and European (Monday, Tuesday) with each part having it's own fee.
  • One part fee is 30 euro.
  • If you attend both meetings, the total fee is 60 euro.
  • The fee may be also payed in USD (35 dollars) or RUR (2500 rubles).
  • The payment is accepted ONLY in cash.
Banquet:
  • There will be two banquets on first day of each part: Saturday and Monday.
  • Saturday banquet will be organized in Hotel Dubna restaurant.
  • Monday banquet will take place at the 'Stulya' restaurant.
  • Each banquet fee is 30 euro.

Lunches:
  • Dubna Hotel Restaurant may take into account food preference. Please write to us if you need vegetarian or lenten meal.
