suggested day of departure: April 18th)
The MPD meeting will take place on April 16. The physics program as well as the current status of the sub-systems construction, simulations and expected detector performance will be discussed.
The BM@N meeting will take place on April 17. Recent results obtained with C and Kr beams will be presented and the plans to complete the full coverage of the detector set-up will be discussed.
Organizational matters of the MPD and BM@N Collaborations will be discussed at separate IB meetings on April 16 and 17, respectively.
