Registration fee
There will be no registration fee. JINR will provide bus transportation from Moscow airports to Dubna on April, 15 and from Dubna to Moscow airports on April, 18. Those interested should fill the corresponding section in the Registration Form.
JINR will also provide coffee breaks and transportation from Dubna Hotel to VBLHEP and viceversa during the 2 day meeting.

Visa
To get visa you have to fill the corresponding section in the Registration Form and provide the following information:
1. passport copy 2. Institution with address 3. position 4. point the Russian consulate where you are applying for the visa Pass for JINR It is necessary to have a special pass to enter the VBLHEP site. If you need it you have to download a scanned copy of your passport and/or copy of your visa in the corresponding section of the Registration Form. Those who plan to take the conference bus each day in the morning from the hotel "Dubna" to the lab and the evening bus back to the hotel do not need the pass. After the meeting the pass has to be returned to the Organizing Committee or left in the hotel reception. Hotel Special rates have been arranged for participants staying at the Dubna Hotel. If you are interested please fill the corresponding section in the Registration Form and we shall make the reservation for you. Payments shall be made directly at the Hotel at check-out.
