Уважаемые коллеги!
Согласно пункту 4.7. часть 2 Положения о грантах молодым ученым и специалистам ОИЯИ (приказ № 740 от 09.12.2009) грантополучатели должны представить годовой отчет о своей деятельности по определенной форме.
Всем грантополучателям 2017 года необходимо до 27 ноября, 18:00 (MCK) заполнить годовой отчет.
Шаблоны файлов с отчетами для рабочих и специалистов с научными сотрудниками можно найти в Материалах по ссылке Annual Report
Порядок подачи отчета за 2017 год:
1) Скачать и заполнить файл-отчет (в наличии имеются шаблоны на русском и английском языках).
2) Заполнить поля регистрационной формы.
3) Подписанный участником и его непосредственным руководителем ОТСКАНИРОВАННЫЙ файл отчета прикрепить к регистрационной форме.
ВНИМАНИЕ! Просим сохранять файл заявки с именем Report_2018form_FamilyName.
При отсутствии отчета грантоплучателей 2017 года их заявки на 2018 год рассматриваться не будут.

According to the paragraph 4.7. part 2 of the JINR Provision on Grants to Young Scientists and Specialists (Order No. 740, 09.12.2009), grantees should submit an annual report on their activities in a specific form before November 27, 18:00 (МSК).
All 2017 grantees are obliged to fill in the annual report.
Sample reports for scientists and workers can be found in Materials at Annual Report.
Report applying procedure for 2017:
(1) Download and fill in the report (Samples are available in Russian and English).
(2) Fill in the fields of the registration form.
(3) to attach the SCANNED report signed by the participant and his immediate supervisor.
ATTENTION! Please save the application files as Report_2018form_familyname.
If a 2017 grantee does not fill in the report their application for 2018 will not be accepted.
