We present preliminary results of our study of the $ e^{+}e^{-} \to hadrons$ cross sections at the $N\bar N$ threshold based on the largest word sample, collected at the $N\bar N$ threshold with the CMD-3 detector at VEPP2000 collider. We confirm a sharp cross section drop in the $e^{+} e^{-} \to 3(\pi^{+}\pi^{-} ), 2(\pi^{+}\pi^{-})2\pi^{0}$ and $e^{+} e^{-} \to K^{+}K^{-}\pi^{+}\pi^{-}$ reactions.
