Description
Tubular Electron String Ion Source (TESIS) is developed in VBLHEP. Current status of development will be shown in report. It will be mentioned about electron string phenomenon and advantages of TESIS in comparison with typical Electron Beam Ion Source (EBIS). Numerical simulation of ion extraction will be shown. Some technical details will be discussed.
