status: I'm surprised to note that you have very limited time to participate in the program. I am eagerly awaiting the results of the first (previos) week, which include the introductory presentation from each of you. We need to expedite the process as the deadlines are short.
Farah Mahmoud:
- I hope I clarified various components in the software field;
- While we're waiting for all participants of Wave-10 to present, and before we organize into groups and adjust tasks, I encourage you to familiarize yourselves with and attempt to analyze the decomposition based on functional features of automation systems in the ATLAS and ALICE experiments (TDRs provided).
- Compare how comprehensively a similar topic is covered in the project documentation for the SPD NICA project (links provided).

- I hope we have clarified our supposed topic. we are only going to discuss the pre-design and design stages, do not include development of real applications, its testing and subsequent stages.
- Since your presentation was centered around the ALICE experimental facility at CERN, I suggest that you similarly with Farah familiarize yourself with and attempt to analyze the decomposition based on functional features of automation systems, but in ALICE.

- Since you have expressed your competence in the field of international standards, I suggest that you familiarize yourself with and give an overview of standards in the field of DCS.
- we are primarily interested in life cycles, completeness of design solutions at different stages.
- you can look for other international or local standards on the internet, you can look for those in your country, you can look for any methodology on the automation filed. whatever you like - your decision. google it
- if you look in this thread at previous meetings, the topic of standards has been touched on, including somewhere I mentioned some in the comments.
