Venue
The conference takes place at the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (Dubna, Russian Federation) on August 11 — 15, 2025.
Accommodation
All participants cover their own accommodation. The organising committee can book a room in the "Dubna" hotel in accordance with the requests of participants indicated in the Registration form.
The hotel "Dubna" is situated at Vekslera Str., 8 in walking distance of the conference venue.
Transportation
Dubna is a small town 120 km north of Moscow on the bank of the Volga river. There is a direct train and bus connection to Moscow. The Organising Committee recommends using express (non-stop) trains.
Entry Pass
To access JINR territory, you will need to present an individual pass issued by the organisers at JINR checkpoint gate, which must be accompanied by a valid passport. The organisers may request passport details from participants closer to the event.
Conference Dinner
A Сonference dinner will take place on Thursday, August 14th, in the Dubna restaraunt on the first floor of the hotel "Dubna". Price of participation in this event is 4000 rubles. Money should be paid on-site, cash only.
