The workshop will be held at the Bogolyubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (BLTP), Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, 141980 Dubna, Moscow Region, Russia. The talks will be held in the Blokhintsev Hall on the fourth floor of the BLTP.
