For the purpose of attending this conference there are 2 available options to get a Russian visa:
· E-Visa (for eligible nationals): Citizens of many countries (e.g., EU, China, India, Turkey, Vietnam) can apply for a free e-visa for short stays (up to 14 days) in specific regions like St. Petersburg and Moscow. Important: If you are eligible for an e-visa, you do not need to use a visa center. You can apply online on the official Russian MFA website indicated below.

· Humanitarian Visa: for all other countries through your local consulate using a Telex reference number. You are eligible to apply through this option in not less than 2 months prior your arrival date and not later than 3 weeks to your arrival. Your Original Passport:
o Must be valid for at least 6 months after the visa expiry date.
o Must have at least two completely blank pages.
