Description
Sasha :
- run 163 reconstructed with alignment of run 174
- ask Sergey if any intervention were done between those two runs
=> timex removal + very likely combine was moved + may be last plane of azalea?
=> but timepix run163 looks ok with alignment of run 174
=> 2D correlation plot
- share alignment table (or add to the agenda)
=> done, to be updated in chat
- data to eos - always with config file
=> to be done (1) configs (2) output
- try alignment for run184 (10 GeV) + also ask Sergey if any actions were done between 174 and 184
=> alignment is done for run184, everything is ok
- re-reco run 180 with alignment 174
=> done
- name current reco version "versionX" and add to the file name
=> not done, but directory structure should ensure
- list of files on eos wich should be used
- for re-reco the updated Artem's method to be used
=> done, to be checked by Dima
- list of run: 163, 174, 184, 180, (182) - add run 163 residuals wrt timepix
=> root files uploaded, old data moved to the special directory
=> ls directory -> list of runs with the laterst reco version

Dima :
- rucio - still does not work, in contact with Alexey Kanak (JINR), update is expected by the mid of next week (13.12)
- data structure - to be defined (strawtracker_test_beam, strawtracker_garfield, strawtracker_sim)
=> RUCIO expected at the end of January (UPD 20.12)
- Azalea (double tracking fix + mail Dune done) - propose meeting on Thursday 18th at 14:00 or 15:00 or starting from Jan week3
=> no meeting was proposed, TBD at the beginning of January
- from wich run triggerID was fixed? if too late => merging CAEN-azalea (to be reported in chat!)
=> triggerID was fixed from run 166 => no need for special merging
- seems Artem-Sasha discrepancy disappeared - reason not clear, plot to be added to the agenda
=> Sasha prepared new reco, Dima will do x-check by Monday 22.12 => on Monday reco quality to be confirmed
=> check if Sasha's merged files are on eos
- discuss with Lesha and write in chat next steps plan for Gatichina

- cut on dBx approx 0-18, check
- cut on pdo(ch0) 520-550
- in the future - may be cut on pdo(MM) ~40 can help

=> 10% of evts timepix-azalea of run163 have the same timepix for different azalea tracks, Sasha's proposal : use residual cut

=> also some bump on the landau spectrum

=> new FW with time counter developed for PCIe, 5kHz with 50% efficiency is expected => can time counter will be implemented for the concentrator (may be done by NG?); efficiency is a question (1) FW (2) mapping RJ connection
