The group was taking part in the assembly and tests of currently working silicon pixel modules of ATLAS detector (LHC CERN). The demonstrator layout, the group testing experience and plans for using it in SPD NICA will be presented.

Current status and plans of design Silicon module prototype for Inner Tracker SPD at the NICA is reported. Module based on two double side silicon strip detectors with size 63x63 mm^2, 640 strips on each side, witch connect with readout electronics by low-mass microcables.
