Logistics of the upcoming IB meeting on April 23 at 17:00 Moscow time
The first part of the IB meeting will be closed session. IB will conduct voting for EC members and new institution admission. Only IB members are allowed to attend this part of the meeting.
Dear members of IB! On the day of the IB meeting, please connect to the IB Meeting ZOOM link a few minutes prior to 16:15 (Moscow time). You will be put in a "waiting room" waiting to be approved. You will see on your screen something like:
"Please wait, the meeting host will let you in soon".
Once approved, then you will be let into the meeting and you will see the "familiar" ZOOM screen panel.
The closed voting session should last for about 30 min.
After the closed session, the meeting will be open to all collaborators. They will be approved if they wish to attend the meeting.
