Venue
The venue of 
SQS'22 is the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (BLTP). All talks will take place at the Conference Hall of BLTP (2nd floor), including live translations of a couple on-line talks. The registration will open on Monday at 09:00 in the room of the Organizing Committee (2nd floor, first door on the right).
The workshop dinner will take place at the restaurant of the hotel Dubna.
Attention! In Dubna, from 23:00 on August 9 to 07:00 on August 10, electricity and water supply will be turned off. Cellular communications and lighting of city streets will not work. Pass
To enter the JINR territory one has to submit at the JINR checkpoint an individual pass that is valid together with your passport. Please, bring the same passport that was submitted to the Organizing Committee.
You can get a pass in the following ways:
- On August 7, from 20:00 to 20:30, Stepan Sidorov will distribute passes at the Dubna Hotel, Veksler 8.
- August 8 from 09:00 to 12:00, Nikita Zaigraev will be on duty with passes at the checkpoint.
- Those who will arrive later can tell the day and time when you will be at the checkpoint.
- Call Stepan Sidorov (+7 926 898 92 86) before approaching the checkpoint gate.
Please, before you get a pass, check your passport details. If you suddenly have any problems, call Stepan Sidorov (+7 926 898 92 86) .
Attention! All the passes should be returned to the Organizing Committee before departure. You can leave it in a special box of the JINR visit centre or at the hotel Dubna. You can also hand it over to the representative of the Organizing Committee after leaving the JINR territory.
