The direct airexpress train connects Sheremetyevo with both Belorusskiy railway station and Savelovskiy railway station in Moscow (Schedule). The trip takes 35 minutes. The ticket price is 450 rubles. You should choose the Savelovskiy railway station. At the Savelovsky railway station you can take the direct express Moscow-Dubna (price ~420 rub). Note that on Friday and Sunday evening all the tickets for the express may be sold out in advance. In this case you can get Dubna by a local train or by bus. From airport Domodedovo to Dubna
The direct express train will get you from airport to Paveletskiy railway station in Moscow, see the time schedule. The price of the ticket is 450 rub, trip takes 45 min, trains circulate every 30 minutes. The tickets can be bought in the airport book-office near the exit to the train platform. After getting Moscow you should use the metro (station m. "Paveletskaya" - green line - with the entrance inside the railway building) and get the Savelovsky railway station (m. "Savelovskaya"-grey line). The trip with one transfer (m. "Tverskaya" -> m. "Chekhovskaya") will take 20-30 min. The price of metro ticket is 61 rub, no payment for the luggage. The metro is save and convenient. From Savelovsky railway station one can get Dubna by the direct express Moscow-Dubna (price ~420 rub), local train or bus. By metro you should get the Savelovskiy railway station (grey line, metro station m. "Savelovskaya"). The price of metro ticket is 61 rub, no payment for the luggage. In case you plan stay in the hotel Moscowskaya, 2, ask driver to drop you off at Dachnaya street bus stop.
Be careful with using taxi in Moscow. Use only a registered taxi which has a taxi label at the car. The prices are unpredictable. To avoid unpleasant situations, always ask the driver to write the price (at least approximate) before starting the trip. If the driver does not tell the approximate price in advance, it is better not to use this taxi. If you need a bill, ask about this option in advance since quite often the bills are not provided.
Please take into account that Dubna has 2 railway stations: "Bolshaya Volga" and terminal station "Dubna". Both are inside the city and have a good bus/taxi connection with any part of the city. However, the terminal station "Dubna" is much closer to the Dubna hotel (address: Vekslera street, 8) (~400 m) where the participants will reside. Do not use a bus to get the hotel from the terminal station "Dubna". Instead, it is much easier to get the hotel on foot or by taxi (~ 100 Rub). The taxi in Dubna is cheap and safe.
