Second announcement (2023 г.)

Dear colleagues!

The International conference “Armenian meeting. Climate changes: adaptation and evolution” will take place at the A. Alikhanyan National Laboratory from 27 to 28 March 2023. In addition to lectures, we will discuss a joint research project on the emergence of new strains of microbes in the mountains. The scientists who cannot come to Yerevan will be able to present their papers online.

The organizers of the Armenian meeting:

  • A.I. Alikhanyan National Science Laboratory (YerPhI)
  • Division of Natural Sciences of NAS RA
  • Yerevan State University
  • Synchrotron Research Institute (CANDLE)
  • Scientific Center of Zoology and Hydroecology NAS RA

Registration is done on the website of the Armenian meeting. Abstracts should be sent by e-mail to Victoria Korogodina (email: The deadline for applications is March 13, 2023. • Climate change: Impact on microbial communities and ecosystems
  • Climate change: Impact of climate change on natural foci areas

Research proposals on bacteria exposed under heat and variable irradiation

  • Investigations of changes in the genetic structure of bacteria
  • Determination of localization of epizootics with an increased risk of an occurrence of new bacterial strains
