Entry Pass
To access the JINR territory, you will need to present an individual pass issued by the organizers at the JINR checkpoint, which must be accompanied by a valid passport. The route from Dubna hotel to Entry Pass takes 10-15 minutes (see the optimal route on the map below).
Attention! All the passes should be returned to the Org.Com. before your departure. You can leave it in the special box of JINR Visit Centre or at the reception of Dubna hotel.
Venue
The school will take place at the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics, and all lectures will be held at the Blokhintsev Hall located on the 4th floor. Coffee breaks will take place at the local cafeteria situated on the 2nd floor. The 5 minute route from Entry Pass to BLTP is indicated below.
Canteen
On Sunday lunch break will take 2 hours, from 13:00 to 15:00, because Canteen won't work. Subsequent lunch breaks on weekdays will be from 13:00 to 14:30. Canteen is located on the territory of JINR (see the map below).
