Description
The production of the $\pi^0$ and $\eta$ mesons are studied adopting handbag approach with GPDs in electron-proton scattering in Electron-ions collider in China (EicC) energy ranges. GK model is used to study these reactions.The predictions indicate that transversity dominance $\sigma_T\gg \sigma_L$ observed at low energies is valid up to EicC energy range. The transversity GPDs can be extracted from the cross sections of $\pi^0$ and $\eta$ process in electron-proton scattering.
