The conference will take place at the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics of the Joint Institute of Nuclear Research (BLTP JINR) in Dubna, Russia.

Dubna is a small scientific town located 130 km north of Moscow on the banks of the Volga river. It is accessible through direct train and bus connections to Moscow. Dubna is a host of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, an international research organization involving 16 member states. The institute activity embraces high-energy, nuclear and condensed matter physics. As an international recognition of JINR achievements, the element number 105 of the Periodic Table is called Dubnium. For many years JINR and Laboratory of Theoretical Physics were headed by the celebrated scientist N.N. Bogoliubov. In Dubna the Second-largest monument to V.I. Lenin is located (the largest one being at Lenin Volga–Don Shipping Canal). Erected in 1937 near the Ivankovskaya hydroelectric power plant at the Moscow Canal, the monument was sculpted by S.D. Merkurov. Standing at 37 meters in total height, with the figure itself measuring 22 meters, the monument occupies a picturesque location surrounded by water bodies such as the Moscow Sea, Moscow Canal, and the Volga River.
