Location
Plenary and parallel sessions will take place in the Conference Hall, Bld. 215. Coffee breaks will take place in the lobby of the Conference Hall.
Registration fee
JINR will provide coffee breaks and transportation from the Dubna Hotel to the VBLHEP and vice versa during the 3-day meeting.
Excursion to the MPD Hall will be organized on April, 24 in the morning before the plenary session.
Collaboration Dinner/Registration Fee
Participants of the Meeting and their accompanying persons are invited to take part in the MPD Collaboration Dinner on April, 24 at the Taverna Restaurant at the address: 12, Pravda St., Dubna. The registration fee for one person is 1000 rubles in cash. If you would like to take part in the Collaboration Dinner, please indicate it in the corresponding section of the registration form.
Pass to JINR
It is necessary to have a special pass to enter the VBLHEP site. If you do not have it, please download a scanned copy of your passport in the corresponding section of the Registration Form.
After the meeting, the pass should be returned to the Organizing Committee or left at the hotel reception.
Hotel
Special rates have been arranged for the participants staying at the Dubna Hotel. If you are interested, please fill the corresponding section in the Registration Form and we will make the reservation for you. Payments should be made directly at the Hotel at check-out. At present, the prices per room and per day including breakfast are:
Single room – 3420 RUB
Two-room suite (refurbished) – 6600 RUB
JINR will provide transportation (Dubna Hotel – VBLHEP – Dubna Hotel).
