The conference will be held at the Euler International Mathematical Institute, an important hub for research and collaboration in mathematics and theoretical physics. Named after the legendary Swiss mathematician Leonhard Euler, who spent a significant part of his career in St. Petersburg, the institute is endowed with an inspiring historic atmosphere and provide an ideal setting for intellectual exchange and a fitting venue for a scientific gathering.

Saint Petersburg, often referred to as the "Venice of the North," is one of Russia's most culturally and historically significant cities. Founded in 1703 by Peter the Great, it is renowned for its stunning architecture, world-class museums, and vibrant intellectual life. The city is home to a numerous iconic landmarks such as the Hermitage Museum, the Mariinsky Theatre, the Peter and Paul Fortress, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, Kazan and St. Isaac's Cathedrals. With its rich scientific heritage and dynamic academic community, Saint Petersburg historically is a hub for researchers and scholars from around the globe.

Saint Petersburg boasts a long tradition of excellence in physics and mathematics, supported by several leading institutions. Among them are St. Petersburg State University, one of Russia's oldest and most prestigious universities, and the Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute, one of the key centers for nuclear and particle physics research. The Euler Institute, the host of this conference, aims to foster cutting-edge research and international collaboration. Together, these and a constellation of other institutions of the city form a vibrant scientific ecosystem that continues to push the boundaries of knowledge.

The Euler Institute is located on Apothecary Island, a historic and picturesque part of St. Petersburg. Known for its serene atmosphere and lush greenery, the island is a perfect retreat for intellectual pursuits. It is also home to the famous Botanical Garden of Peter the Great, one of the oldest botanical gardens in Russia, and the stunning Tauride Palace.
