Accommodation Information
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
To assist attendees, the Organizing Committee will reserve a limited number of rooms at the Kamennoostrovskaya Hotel, located conveniently across the bridge from the conference venue. If you wish to book one of these rooms, please indicate this option in your registration form.
Please note that while we facilitate the reservation, participants are responsible for covering all associated costs. However, the rooms will have a special discounted price (that differs from the one stated on the hotel site); the details will be sent directly to participants after the room is booked.
Financial Support for Early-Career Researchers
