Information for foreigner Conference Participants
Dear colleagues,
We are delighted to welcome you to our SA-JINR Workshop!
Key details:
📅 Conference start date: June 23 (Monday).
📍 Venue: BLTP building, JINR (2nd floor, Conference hall). Signage will be available after the checkpoint.
⏱ The road from the hotel "Dubna" to the JINR checkpoint takes approximately 20 minutes.
Important notes:
🔹 Access to the JINR site is strictly by pass + passport only. At the checkpoint be prepared to remove metal objects from your bag/backpack
🔹 Issuance of passes and daily allowances:
• Date: Sunday (June 22).
• Location: Hotel "Dubna" (Vekslera St. 8), first floor hall.
• Time: 20:00
Presentation format:
⏱ 25 minutes per talk + 5 minutes for Q&A
Please plan your presentation accordingly and respect the time limits. Upload your presentation file in advance.
Additional information:
⚠ Please note: Foreign bank cards may not work in Russia. Please ensure you have cash (rubles) or alternative payment methods in advance.
📋 Check your name in the schedule. Chairpersons are also kindly asked to confirm their slots. If you have any questions, please email us.
🍽 Meals:
Lunch is not provided by the organizers, but you may visit the Canteen on the territory of JINR (56°44'23.2"N 37°11'34.3"E)or find another place, using link Lunch places
