Location and opening
The Seminar will be held at the Veksler and Baldin Laboratory of high energy physics (VBLHEP) building 215 (plenary and parallel sessions I -- in the Conference Hall on the 2nd floor, parallel sessions II -- in the Auditorium 347 on the 3rd floor, parallel sessions III -- in the NICA Hall on the 1st floor) during September 15-20, 2025. The Seminar Secretariat is located on the second floor, room No. 241.

The Seminar will begin on Monday, September 15 at 10.00 in the Conference Hall of the VBLHEP.
Entering the territory of the Laboratory and obtaining your site pass:
1. For those staying at the Dubna Hotel on September 14:
Our secretary, Diana Al-Maaitah, will be in the lobby (ground floor)
of the Dubna Hotel to distribute passes
When: Sunday, September 14, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Please bring your passport with you to receive your pass.
2. If you miss the pass distribution at the hotel on September 14:
On Monday, September 15, take the conference bus at 8:30 AM to the Institute.
You can collect your pass from the Seminar Secretariat upon arrival.
3. For all other participants without a pass (not staying at the Dubna Hotel):
You must go directly to the VBLHEP site checkpoint (4 Academician Baldin Street).
When you arrive at the checkpoint, call the Secretariat. A staff member will come to pick you up.
Important Note:
Please be advised that there is usually a long line at the checkpoint around 9:00 AM, with wait times of approximately 20-25 minutes. To avoid delays, please plan your arrival accordingly and take that into account if you present the first morning talks.

The registration of the participants will be held in the VBLHEP Conference Hall (bld. 215) from 09:00 to 10:00 on Monday September 15 and then at the Seminar Secretariat.
