Entry visa

To start the visa procedure in due time, the participants are asked to fill in the "Entry visa application form" and send it together with a scanned copy of the passport most important page(s) to  Ms. Diana Al-maaita by e-mail <dalmaaita@jinr.ru> by July 15, 2025.

Please, note, that the passport should be valid for not less than 6 months more than the planned dates of your stay in Russia.
