NuPECC published its Long Range Plan 2017 "Perspectives in Nuclear Physics" for the development of the field of relativistic heavy ion collisions (pp. 75-100 in the document) in November last year. The file is available in the materials of our meeting site. It's an interesting reading...
According to the schedule set up by our Directorate, a draft document is expected from us somewhere in January 2019. This document will be included in the institutional draft of the JINR Long Range Strategic Plan to be discussed at one of the meetings of the Scientific Council in 2019.
