To enter the Russian Federation a participant needs to apply for a Visa at the nearest Russian Consulate in his/her country. To start the visa formalities the following data is required:
The nearest Russian Consulate (city) in his/her country where the visa is going to be obtained.
Please be advised that your passport must be valid during 6 months after the date of the visa expiration.
Note that a few days before arrival and after departure will be added for the invitation (i.e. for the visa), to enable some flexibility in your travel schedule.

- Phone (mobile phone, if possible) numbers.
