The Organizing Committee will provide the participants of the Conference with the visa support. The participants will get visa invitations from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.

To start the visa procedure, please send a scan of your passport to Olga Belova. In case you apply for the visa not in your native country, a copy of a resident permit should also be sent.
Please be advised, that your passport must be valid during 6 months after the date of the visa expiration.
