To enter the Russian Federation a participant needs to apply for a visa at the nearest Russian Consulate in his/her country. To start the visa procedure, please fill in the offered visa application form.
You are kindly requested to send a scanned COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT (double spread of the page with a photo, jpg file) to Mrs. Olga Belova via e-mail omatyukhina@jinr.ru In case one applies for the visa not in one's native country, a copy of a resident permit should also be sent.
The reference number received from the Consular Service in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be forwarded to a participant for its further presenting at the nearest Russian Consulate in his/her country. Please be advised, that your passport must be valid during 6 months after the date of visa expiration.
