To enter the Russian Federation (RF) a delegate needs to apply for a Visa at the nearest Russian Consulate (RC) in his/her country. The first thing one should do to start the visa procedure is to fill in the offered Visa Application form.
Visa Application form and a double-spread page of a copy of your passport (with a photo) should be sent by e-mail.

Please be advised, that your passport must be valid during 6 months after the date of visa expiration.
