Venue
The conference takes place at the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (Dubna, Russian Federation) on July 18 — 21, 2022. We expect most of the participants come in person but the possibility of online attendance will also be provided.
Participants are expected to arrive at Dubna on July 17th.
Access to JINR
To enter the JINR territory one has to submit at the JINR gate *an individual pass* that is valid together with your passport. Please, bring the same passport that was submitted to the Organizing Committee.
The document will be issued for all participants not affiliated with JINR and distributed during the registration that will take place at the Dubna Hotel from 20:00 to 22:00 on 17 July.
Those who arrive after 17 July or do not get a pass at the hotel will get it at the JINR security gate from a representative of the Organizing Committee.
The participants’ registration will continue on 18 July at 9:00 am (Room 240 near the BLTP Conference Hall)
Attention! All the passes should be returned to the Org.Comm before departure. You can leave it in the special box near the JINR visit centre or at the Hotel "Dubna".
Accommodation
All participants cover their own accommodation. The organizing committee can book a room at the "Dubna" hotel in accordance with the requests of participants indicated in the Registration form.
The hotel "Dubna" is situated at Vekslera Str., 8 in walking distance of the conference venue.
The hotel provides suites, single rooms, and blocks of two rooms (each for single and double occupancy). The rooms are equipped with a shower/bath, phone, and TV. In the blocks, the toilet and shower are shared. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. The breakfast is included in the hotel cost. The Wi-Fi is free.
Those, who asked the Org.Comm to book a room in the Hotel "Dubna", will get a 10% discount from the official prices.
Transportation
Dubna is a small town 120 km north of Moscow on the bank of the Volga river. There is a direct train and bus connection to Moscow. The Organizing Committee recommends using express (non-stop) trains.
By train
Participants coming from Moscow can take a train to Dubna from Savelovsky Railway Station. Next to it, there is an underground station with the same name (metro «Savelovskaya»).

Please take into account that Dubna has 2 railway stations: "Bolshaya Volga" and terminal "Dubna". Both are inside the city and have a good bus/taxi connection with any part of the city. However, the terminal station "Dubna" is much closer to the Dubna hotel (~400 m) where the participants are expected to reside. The taxi in Dubna is cheap and safe.
