The workshop will take place in International Meeting House, Dubna, Moscow region, Russia, 100 km from Moscow Sheremetyevo airport.
To come to Dubna, Indian citizens will need to obtain a Russian visa. For this purpose, participants of the workshop who wish to participate in person, are kindly requested to register on the website by September 1st. Staff of the local organizing committee will contact you and provide you with the necessary instructions for obtaining a visa. An invitation letter for the Russian visa will be issued for participants who plan to come to Dubna in person. For additional information concerning the travel to Dubna participants should contact Olga Korotchik korotchik@jinr.ru from JINR international department.
All participants are recommended to book their flight to the Sheremetievo airport from where the transportation to the Dubna hotel will be provided by the JINR upon arrival. The hotel is located on the bank of Volga river relatively close to the Institute.
