Location
All scientific sessions of the NICA Days 2023 and the XII MPD Collaboration Meeting will take place in one of the Conference Halls of the Palace Hotel which is located in the center of Belgrade, Serbia. Lunches and Collaboration Dinner for participants will be organized in the Palace Hotel as well.
Registration fee
The registration fee for participants of the meeting is 200 Euro. It includes lunches and coffee-breaks from October 2 to October 6 and Collaboration dinner.
The fee for accompanying persons is 150 Euro and it includes lunches from October 2 to October 6 and Collaboration dinner.
The registration fee for local participants who plan to take part in the Collaboration Dinner is 50 Euro (or equivalent in rsd).
Accomodation
Most of participants of the meeting will be accomodated in the Palace Hotel. This hotel is located in the very heart of Belgrade, in the immediate vicinity of the main pedestrian area of Knez Mihailova Street. It has a very convenient location in a quiet part of the city, close to historical and cultural landmarks, city and state institutions, museums, theaters, cinemas, numerous shopping centers as well as Shkadarlija - the old bohemian quarter. It is intended for vacation both for business people and for those who travel for pleasure. Palace Hotel Belgrade is categorized as a 4-star hotel.
