All participants are expected to make their own hotel reservations. The Organizing Committee recommends booking rooms at the Dubna Hotel, which belongs to JINR.

The most convenient and closest to the venue of the Session is building 1 of the Dubna Hotel (however, accommodation is also possible in building 3).
Participants, if desired, can choose other accommodation options in hotels or apartments in Dubna, which they will find on their own.
