Dear participants,
The conference will start from this Monday (July 1), the timetable is fixed, please pay attention to the time and place of your presentation.
For participants not from JINR, registration will take place at the Hall of Dubna Hotel (Vekslera Street, 8) on Sunday from 19:00 to 20:00.
To get to the site where the conference will be held, passes are required. As requested upon registration, passes will be ready for your arrival and will be issued upon registration. If you were unable to get to registration, you will need to pick up your pass at the Visit Center (Molodezhnaya st., 5). For external participants, on the first day (Monday, July 1) the buses without passes will be organized from the Dubna hotel (at 8:00 and 8:30) to the BLTP building. For participants from JINR, registration will take place on Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 in the organizing committee room at BLTP, second floor.
Please note that poster sessions take place on Monday and Wednesday. For information on what day you are participating in the poster session, see the link: https://indico.jinr.ru/event/4304/page/2043-poster-session-information
Posters must be brought to the organizing committee room (BLTP, second floor), they will be prepared for your presentation.
The opening of the conference starts at 9:30 in the BLTP, second floor, in the Conference Hall.
