Proceedings Publication
We are glad to inform you that the proceedings of the MPQIT-2024 will be published in a special issue of review journal "Physics of Elementary Particles and Atomic Nuclei" (PEPAN, ECHAYA) following the event.
Manuscripts submitted for publication will undergo a peer-review process foreseen by this journal.
The authors are kindly asked to take notice that a good English quality, together with strict observations of the formal rules concerning .pdf file preparation of the submitted manuscripts are two obligatory conditions to send the .pdf file to the referees.
Preparation of the manuscript
The journal has electronic and printed versions. The electronic journal accepts papers written only in English. If you want to publish the paper in the printed journal, please, send the text in both English and Russian.
On the first page, the author indicates the title of the paper, last names and initials of all co-authors, full names of institutes indicating affiliations of all authors and the abstract presented in two languages – Russian and English.
Proceedings should be submitted in electronic form in LaTeX format or MS Word format. Download the corresponding template and prepare the paper using this style.
The electronic copy of the paper must include files containing all elements of the article (text, tables, illustrations) in LaTex-2e + PDF or Word + PDF formats (you should not enter your own macro commands), as well as a separate source files of figures.
The recommended formats such files of figures are .eps (Encapsulated PostScript) or .pdf (Portable Document Format). Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at 100% (Full print size). More detailed instructions for authors can be found here. The permission for publication from the organization is not required.
Moreover, it's need to provide a scaned-copy of COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT signed by all the authors of a paper.
All used files (LaTeX/Word source file, image files, ready pdf file and copyright agreement file) should be zipped for submission (ZIP) and sent to the address mpqit2024@jinr.ru.
The length of a submitted manuscript will be max 6 pages (A4).
Rules for the submission of proceedings
Only proceedings that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere can be submitted.
Please follow the rules and use templates (the same for English and Russian)! The title, names of the authors, affiliations, abstract of your paper must be written in Russian and English. Let us remind you that the rules for the submission of proceedings are presented in the templates:
