Submission deadline
The book of abstracts is planned to be published by the beginning of the Symposium.
Submission of abstracts can be done online through the Abstract Submission.
Abstract should include the title, the names of authors and their affiliation. Abstract text should be informative and reflect the main idea of the authors without methodological and technological details. The abstracts will be rewired by Program Committee. The abstract should not contain formulas, references, bibliography and acronyms (if possible).
The required volume of abstracts is 150-200 words.
For online abstract submission you should register in the JINR Indico system (if you have Indico login and password, registered earlier on other conference, you have to use it, don’t create a new Indico registration). Please remember your login and password for sending new abstracts or editing your profile or abstract. The system allows modifications up to the moment, when the abstract status is changed to Accepted.In order to register in the JINR Indico system and submit an abstract please execute these 5 steps:
- You may need to create an indico account first
- Wait for the confirmation Email and click on the link you receive
- Then fill the Registration Form at the Conference page
- Submit your abstract
- Wait for solutions
