Accommodation
Organizers of the symposium propose accommodation for participants in the hotels “Splendid Montenegro Conference & Spa Resort”***** and “Montenegro Beach Hotel”****. Rooms can be booked at special rates for the conference, given by “Montenegro Stars Hotels Group” (available during registration on website of the symposium). The number of proposals for rooms in the hotel “Splendid” is limited.

Prices are for one night. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included (Full Board (FB)). Food for choice, served as buffet table in both hotels for all participants of the symposium.
There is a possibility to choose accommodation as one bed in double room.
The above prices refer to the Full board (FB), including tax (7%), but not including the tourist tax (for quests under 12 years - 0.50 EUR per night, for guests over 12 years - 1.50 EUR per night).
Price policy for placing children:
- Children from 0 to 1.9 years - free;
- Child from 2 to 11.9 years old in a single room with an adult - 37.5% of the room price;
- Child from 2 to 11.9 years old in a double room with adults - 25% of the room price;
- 2 children without adults in a double room - 75% of the room price;
- Baby cot is free of charge.
Note!
If you had chosen for accommodation the hotels “Splendid Montenegro Conference & Spa Resort” or “Montenegro Beach Hotel”, please note that JINR paid for the rooms in advance to keep the prices low, so the participants should pay for accommodation to the organizing committee.
We kindly ask you to pay via bank transfer or by cash to the organizing committee after arriving at the symposium.
Please do NOT pay for accommodation at booking.com or at the hotel registration desk!
