It is possible to obtain a business visa in a much shorter period of time, but this is not free of charge. So, it is better to get an official invitation even if you are not completely sure that you are coming to the meeting.
If you need an invitation letter for your Russian visa application please fill in the Registration Form the Visa Section. We will prepare the invitation letter and send it to the Russian Consulate where you apply for the visa. Please note that it takes 3-4 weeks to issue official invitation letters.
