When you log in to the SPMS you can see new code of your abstract and new paper codes indicated in the Conference programme as well. Instead of initial 4-digits code you will see the mix of characters and numbers. For example MOX01.
We used the next method:
- first two characters means the day of week (MOnday, TUesday, WEdnesday, THursday, FRiday) when you will present your paper.
- Next character(s) corresponds to the type of presentation. X, Y and Z means Invited talk, A, B, C and D - contributed oral talk, PS - poser contribution. PSA - poster session A at Monday, PSB - poster session at Tuesday, PSC - poster session at Wednesday.
- Last two digits means the order of presentation inside the mentioned session.
For example:
- MOX02 - invited talk scheduled at Monday morning session, second presentation in the session,
- TUB03 - third contributed oral presentation scheduled at Tuesday session B,
- MOPSA05 - fifth poster scheduled at Monday poster session A,
- WEPSC04 - forth poster scheduled at Wednesday poster session C.
Please remember your paper code - you will use it in the file name for the proceedings uploading and oral or poster presentations. For MOnday presentations be sure that you used capital character O, not the number zero.
