Registration fee
There will be no registration fee. JINR will provide bus transportation from Moscow airports to Dubna on October 13 and from Dubna to Moscow airports on October 16. Those interested should fill the corresponding section in the registration form. JINR will also orginize a Collaboration dinner on October 14, provide coffee breaks and transportation from the Dubna Hotel to the VBLHEP and viceversa during the 2-day meeting.
Visa
To get a visa, please fill the corresponding section in the Registration Form and provide the following information:
1. passport copy 2. Institution with address 3. position 4. point the Russian consulate where you are going to apply for a visa Pass for JINR It is necessary to have a special pass to enter the VBLHEP site. If you need it, please download a scanned copy of your passport and/or copy of your visa in the corresponding section of the Registration Form. Those who plan to take the conference bus each day in the morning from the "Dubna" hotel to the lab and the evening bus back to the hotel do not need the pass. After the meeting the pass has to be returned to the Organizing Committee or left at the hotel reception. Hotel Special rates have been arranged for the participants staying at the Dubna Hotel. If you are interested, please fill the corresponding section in the Registration Form and we will make the reservation for you. Payments should be made directly at the Hotel at check-out.
