The details of participation
The conference is planned in "mixed" format - the RFBR grant holders will be encouraged to participate "in-person", while international participants could also participate remotely. It is also expected that proceedings of the Conference will be published in the journal "Physics of Elementary Particles and Atomic Nuclei".
We expect that the main focus of the conference will be the reports of RFBR grant holders (20+5 minutes talks) presented in one of the following sections:
I. Theoretical studies of the dense baryonic matter produced in heavy-ion collisions at NICA
II. Big data processing and species recognition
III. Global characteristics of heavy-ion collisions at NICA
IV. Collectivity and correlations (collective flow and vorticity; HBT and correlations)
V. Calorimetry and electromagnetic probes
VI. Precision tracking and the production of light hadrons, strangeness, hypernuclei, and heavy-flavor
VII. Development of detectors and detection methods for NICA experiments
Registration fee
JINR will provide coffee breaks and transportation from the Dubna Hotel to the VBLHEP and vice versa during the 4-day meeting.
There will be a registration fee in amount of 1500 Rubles if you plan to participate in the Conference dinner which will take place at the restaurant "Dubna " on October, 22. Here is the link for the payment. If you need financial papers (act and contract) concerning this payment, please, inform the Organizing Committee.
Pass to JINR
It is necessary to have a special pass to enter the VBLHEP site. If you do not have it, please download a scanned copy of your passport in the corresponding section of the Registration Form.
Those who plan to take the conference bus each day in the morning from the Dubna hotel to the lab and the evening bus back to the hotel do not need the pass. After the meeting, the pass should be returned to the Organizing Committee or left at the hotel reception.
Hotel
Special rates have been arranged for the participants staying at the Dubna Hotel. If you are interested, please fill the corresponding section in the Registration Form and we will make the reservation for you. Payments should be made directly at the Hotel at check-out. At present, the prices per room and per day including breakfast are:
Single room – 3300 RUB
Two-room suite – 4500 RUB
Two-room suite (refurbished) – 6100 RUB
