Dear Colleagues,

with great regret, we must inform you that due to the COVID-19 pandemic that affects a considerable number of countries, it was decided to postpone the conference to next year. This decision is based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation and the instructions of the JINR Directorate.

We apologize for any inconvenience this decision may have caused you. The Organizing Committee deeply thanks you for your interest in participating in LDM2020. Our special thanks to members of the International Advisory Committee and to Invited Speakers.

The preliminary dates of the LDM2021 are the first or second week of July 2021. Please fix these dates in your schedule for next year. We will keep you informed about new exact dates as soon as they become known and we count on your presence at the conference. We hope that despite the less beautiful name of our rescheduled conference, its scientific program will be even more interesting.

We wish you and your families health and we will be happy to see you in Dubna next year.

Sincerely yours,

Organizing Сommittee LDM2020
