Description

 MPQIT-2024

The  Meshcheryakov Laboratory of Information Technologies (MLIT) of Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) will be hosting a workshop on Mathematical Problems in Quantum Information Technologies  (MPQIT)  on 27-28 May, 2024 in a mixed format.

The main focus of MPQIT-2024 is on mathematical aspects of diverse problems in fundamental and applied quantum technologies  such as

  • quantum information theory,
  • quantum communications,
  • quantum computation, simulation, and quantum algorithms.

The aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers from JINR member-states and around  the world working on mathematical problems of quantum information science  to exchange their experience and research results.

The schedule of MPQIT-2024 is such that there will be enough time for informal discussions addressing fundamental aspects of quantum information science  and those obstacles that researchers  face.

The program of the Workshop comprises plenary reports  (20 min) and sessional reports (20 min).

Conference languages – English and Russian.
